The Dryer Guys is a North Jersey dryer vent cleaning company based in Maplewood, serving homeowners, property managers, and commercial operators across Essex, Morris, and Union counties.
The National Fire Protection Association estimates U.S. fire departments respond to roughly 13,000 to 15,000 home dryer fires each year, causing about $230 million in annual property damage. The single most-cited factor in those fires is one of the easiest to prevent: failure to clean the vent.
We built The Dryer Guys around that observation. Our entire service model — flat $49.99 inspection, transparent $220 routine cleaning, video-documented process, fully insured — exists to make annual vent maintenance the same kind of routine as a smoke-detector battery swap or an HVAC tune-up: something you schedule, forget about for a year, and know is handled.
We cover 11 North Jersey towns from our Maplewood home base: Chatham, Glen Ridge, Livingston, Madison, Maplewood, Millburn, Montclair, Short Hills, South Orange, Summit, and West Orange. Each town has its own housing quirks — century-old colonials in Glen Ridge, large custom homes in Short Hills, condo stacks in West Orange — and we've learned the landscape one job at a time.
