1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the The Dryer Guys website (thedryerguys.net) or booking a service through our Square Appointments page, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

2. About our services

The Dryer Guys LLC provides dryer vent cleaning, inspection, and related services across North Jersey. Service descriptions, pricing, and scheduling are published on the website and updated as needed. Published pricing applies to standard residential service configurations; multi-unit and commercial pricing is quoted after a walkthrough.

3. Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

• Appointments are booked through Square Appointments. A credit card may be required at booking to hold the slot; full payment is collected at the time of service.
• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the $49.99 inspection fee.
• If we are unable to complete service for reasons outside our control (inaccessible vent, unsafe conditions, customer-side equipment failure), the $49.99 inspection fee still applies.

4. Pricing

Residential pricing is $49.99 for inspection and $220 for a standard routine cleaning (typical total $269 plus tax). Prices shown on the website supersede any previously quoted figures. Unusually long or damaged vent runs may require repair work beyond routine cleaning; we quote any additional work up front before starting.

5. Service warranty

We warrant that each service is performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry best practices. If you believe a service was not performed correctly, contact us within 14 days of the appointment and we will re-service or refund the cleaning portion of the invoice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dryer Guys LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request for HOAs, property managers, and commercial customers.

8. Website content and intellectual property

All site content (text, imagery, logos, design) is owned by The Dryer Guys LLC or used under license. You may reference or cite factual content from this site with attribution. Bulk copying, mirroring, or commercial reuse without written permission is not permitted.

9. Third-party services

We integrate with third-party platforms including Square (scheduling and payment), Google (search and analytics), Microsoft (analytics), and Meta (advertising). Your use of those platforms through our site is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is up-to-date at every moment. Published manufacturer support links are curated for customer convenience; we are not affiliated with any manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
